We started OEMPRO after watching the shops we know do great repairs and get short checks. Work that belonged on the estimate never made it there, and nobody had time to go line by line on every file. So we built something that does. Upload an estimate and OEMPRO lists the missed operations, each with its reason, then puts them on a supplement you can send.
Our mission
Get every shop paid for the whole repair, not just the part that made it onto the estimate.
That decides what we build. A feature earns its place if it gets a shop paid for work it already did: missed operations, lines the insurer cut or paid short, parts billed below the dealer invoice, paint and materials, and the fees your lot runs up. We judge ourselves by one number: how much more a shop recovers on every estimate.

The money is in the lines nobody wrote.
Most underpayment isn't a fight with the adjuster. It's a line that never made the estimate: a one-time-use clip, a calibration, a blend into the next panel, a scan. We read every line and show you what's missing, with the reason it belongs there.

The shop owner shouldn't write supplements at 9pm.
We know the stack of estimates and the late nights. Getting paid for a repair shouldn't depend on someone happening to remember a line. OEMPRO does the line-by-line review and hands you a supplement that's ready to send.

Every line needs a reason.
An adjuster pays for what they can't argue with. Every recommendation comes with its justification, and when a published source names the operation, we cite it. You decide what goes out. We make the case clear.

We work for the shop.
Our customer is the body shop. Always. We don't take a percentage of what you recover. You pick a plan and we work for you. That's the whole business model.
