Every shop deserves documentation
insurance can't argue with.
We started OEMPRO because the body shops we knew were leaving four figures on the floor every week. Not because they didn't know what they were owed. Because nobody had the time to read 40 pages of OEM repair procedures for every estimate that crossed the desk.
Our mission
Make every collision repair as well-documented as a dealership's warranty claim, so the shop on the corner has the same paper trail as the franchise across town, and the insurer has nothing left to argue with.
That mission shows up in every product decision we make. We don't add features that don't move estimate-level recovery. We don't sell to insurers. We don't optimize for time-on-page. We optimize for one number: how much more a shop is paid, per estimate, after they install us.
Four principles. One company.
01
OEM is the source of truth.
If the manufacturer says a sensor needs calibration after a quarter-panel R&I, that line belongs on the estimate. Period. Every claim we make in software points to a procedure you can cite by page number, because the alternative is an estimator's word against an adjuster's. Shops lose that fight.
02
The shop owner shouldn't write supplements at 9pm.
We've sat in those offices. The stack of estimates. The phone calls. The four-figure miss that only came up because someone happened to remember a service bulletin from two years ago. Knowledge work shouldn't depend on memory; it should depend on documentation. So we built the documentation.
03
Speed is a safety feature.
Insurers measure their response time in days. Yours is measured in cars on the lot losing money. A review that takes 90 minutes by hand and under a minute by OEMPRO is what catches a one-time-use fastener while the car is still on the rack instead of finding it during teardown a week later.
04
We work for the shop.
Our customer is the body shop. Always. We don't sell aggregate data to carriers, we don't broker DRP placements, and we don't take a percentage of recovered supplements. You pay us a flat per-estimate price and we work for you. That's the whole business model.
Every repair deserves to be paid in full.
We make sure it is.
