Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions to the OEMPRO platform (the "Service"), operated by OEMPRO ("OEMPRO," "We," "Us," or "Our"), are billed, how You can cancel, and Our policy on refunds. This policy supplements Our Terms and Conditions and any subscription agreement You accept at checkout. If there is a conflict on subscription-specific matters, the subscription agreement controls.
Subscriptions and billing
OEMPRO runs on a recurring subscription. You can pick month to month or a yearly commitment. Unless checkout says otherwise, we bill in advance every month. By subscribing, you let us and our payment processor, Stripe, charge your payment method each billing cycle, including any overage or usage charges from that cycle, and to charge overage during a free trial when it is used.
Yearly commitment. If you pick yearly commitment at checkout, you lock in for twelve (12) months at the yearly commitment monthly rate shown at checkout. We still bill you every month. This is not a pay-in-full annual plan. No portion of the twelve months is charged up front beyond each month as it comes due. When the twelve months end, the plan continues month to month at the then current standard monthly rate for your tier, unless you cancel. A new yearly commitment does not start on its own. Month to month plans have no lock beyond the current month you already paid for.
Free trial
When we offer a free trial, monthly and yearly commitment plans can start with one, of the length shown at checkout and in your subscription agreement. We are not offering a free trial to new registrations right now. Each shop gets one free trial, ever. You need a valid credit or debit card to register for it. We may decline any payment method we don't accept. Your trial starts when we accept your registration, usually right away, and the first charge is as many days after the trial starts as your trial is long. During the trial, whatever plan you pick, you get every Pro plan feature and the number of estimates included with your plan. The trial can still cost money, but only if you choose to: when you reach your plan's included number, we ask you to confirm before charging for more. Once you confirm, each estimate past that number is charged when you use it at your plan's published overage rate, plus applicable taxes, even during the trial, and those charges are not refunded, even if you cancel. You can upgrade to a bigger plan during the trial (you sign the new plan's agreement), but you cannot downgrade. An upgrade keeps your trial end and first charge dates, gives you the new plan's included estimates right away, and we charge the new plan's published price on the first charge date. Unless you cancel before 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of the trial, the trial turns into a paid subscription: we charge your card the published price of your plan, plus applicable taxes, and then bill monthly as described above. On a yearly commitment, the twelve months start on the day of that first charge. Your first charge amount and the rule for your dates are shown at checkout and in your subscription agreement. We email you a confirmation with the exact dates when we accept your registration, and a reminder at least three (3) days before the first charge. Canceling during the trial means no first charge on every plan, including yearly commitment, and no payoff; overage already charged during the trial is not refunded. Canceling the trial uses up your one free trial for good: you can't resume or restart it, even within the original trial period, and if you come back (including with a new account for the same shop) you can only subscribe at the regular published price, billed from day one, under a new agreement. Canceling during the trial ends your access right away. When you register, you book a follow-up call, and you can reschedule it. Booking, rescheduling, missing, or attending the call never affects your trial dates or any charge, and attending is optional.
We may refuse to complete a free-trial registration at signup, or end a trial already started (including after it has started, since registrations are accepted automatically), if we reasonably believe, in our sole discretion, that it is a repeat for the same shop, business, owner, or location. We may look at signals such as payment card information (for example, a card fingerprint from Stripe), email address and phone number, address, business identifiers (for example, EIN and business and owner names), and device or IP address data. If we end a trial for this reason, your access ends right away, nothing more is charged, and no payoff applies on any plan (overage already charged is not refunded unless we reverse our decision); you can still sign in to view your billing history. The trial never turns into a paid subscription on its own; you can start one only by choosing it. If you think we got it wrong, email support@oempro.io.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, including the first charge after a free trial, your service is paused right away. There is no grace period. While it is paused, you can still sign in, view your account and billing, update your card, and pay, but you cannot upload anything or otherwise use OEMPRO. Stripe may retry the charge, and the service comes back as soon as a payment goes through. If the retries do not work, the service stays paused until you pay what is due. A paused account is not a canceled one: on a yearly commitment, the commitment keeps running and what you owe under it stays due. If you signed an earlier subscription agreement with different payment terms, that agreement controls.
How to cancel
You can cancel online from the Subscription page in your OEMPRO account at oempro.io/subscription.
During a free trial. Canceling ends your access right away, and there is no first charge. On a yearly commitment plan, no payoff is due. Overage already charged during the trial is not refunded. You can still sign in to view your billing history.
Month to month. Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the month you already paid for, and then your access stops. You are not charged again. We do not prorate or refund unused days in that month, except under Refunds below or where the law requires it.
Yearly commitment. If you cancel before the twelve months are up, you owe an Early Termination Payoff equal to your monthly yearly commitment rate times the number of months left in the commitment that have not yet been billed. We charge that payoff when you cancel. Your cancellation takes effect once the payoff charge goes through, and you then keep access through the original end date of the commitment. If the payoff charge fails, your cancellation does not take effect, and your service is paused under the failed-payment rules above until it is paid (you can still sign in to view your billing and pay). If an accelerated balance under your subscription agreement is paid, your access is restored through the original end date. We do not refund months already paid. Overage and usage charges you already ran up stay due and are not refundable. Canceling during a commitment does not start a new twelve month lock when the term ends. When the original term ends, you are on month to month at the standard rate unless you cancel or pick a new commitment at checkout.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or usage already incurred. This includes any usage-based or overage charges, which reflect services already delivered, including overage charged during a free trial, and the first charge after a free trial ends.
We may, at Our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in cases such as:
- A duplicate or clearly erroneous charge.
- A documented billing error on Our side (for example, You were charged after a timely, properly submitted cancellation).
- Where a refund is required by applicable law.
Granting a refund or credit in one instance does not obligate Us to do so in any other instance.
We do not refund monthly charges already collected under a yearly commitment just because you later want month to month or a cheaper tier. An Early Termination Payoff is not a refund. It is the remaining commitment balance due on early cancel.
Referral credits
Referral rewards are available only to Customers with an active, paid subscription in good standing, and are issued as account credit toward Your OEMPRO subscription. Referral credit has no cash value and is not refundable or redeemable for cash. If a referred shop's qualifying payment is refunded or charged back, in whole or in part, or the referred shop cancels during the holding period, the related referral is voided: any reward not yet released is forfeited, and any reward already issued as credit is reversed up to the amount of referral credit then remaining on Your account. We do not reclaim referral credit that has already been applied to a paid invoice beyond that remaining balance, and a voided referral does not become eligible again. If You cancel Your subscription while holding referral credit that has not yet been applied, that credit is retained with Your account and may be reinstated if You return to an active paid subscription, subject to any expiration We specify and to the referral program terms in Our Terms and Conditions.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices on at least 30 days' notice. Any change applies to billing periods that begin after that notice period, and does not change a locked rate during a yearly commitment. If You do not agree to a price change, Your remedy is to cancel before the next billing cycle, or before entering a new yearly commitment, as described above.
Chargebacks
If You believe You were charged in error, please contact Us first at support@oempro.io so We can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting Us may result in suspension of Your account.
